Pesticide Exposure in Vulnerable Populations: New Horizons for Evaluating Sources and Health Outcomes
Use of agricultural pesticides is increasing worldwide, and these chemicals, which are ubiquitous in our environment and also found in food and drinking water, are associated with a wide range of health impacts including cancer, reproductive and developmental problems, and effects on the nervous system. In this webinar, our speakers will discuss new research exploring pesticide exposures among two population groups that are especially vulnerable: pregnant women and farmworkers.
