The discussion will be facilitated by Health Equity Clicks: Community member Lorie Laroche, MSW, RSW, research and development officer, social worker, and part-time professor, David C. Onley Initiative/University of Ottawa; Trauma (CISM) counsellor, Morneau Shepell.

With contributions from:

Mental health, built environment, and health equity specialists at
the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Evidence Exchange Network for Mental Health and Addictions (EENet),
the National Collaborating Centre for Environmental Health (NCCEH) Healthy Built Environment Forum, and
the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Lethbridge.

HOW IT WORKS

  • The discussion will take place online only in the Health Equity Clicks: Community discussion forum in the form of a written thread (no video or audio component)
  • Log in one or more times per day throughout the week to participate, starting on Monday, November 18
  • The discussion thread will be monitored by NCCDH staff, the facilitator, and invited contributors throughout the week until the end of the day on Friday, November 22
