Legislation

We have created a listing of federal, provincial, and territorial acts and regulations related to the delivery of environmental health services and programs at the local and regional level in Canada.  To access the directory of links, simply select a Topic and/or Jurisdiction from the search boxes on the right.

For each Topic, legislation from health departments is listed. We are currently expanding the directory to include legislation from other departments.  Food, and drinking water have been completed; indoor air and outdoor air are nearly complete.

The information will be updated regularly.  Please let us know of any changes to your legislation or any broken links.  Thank you!
